Test Principle
The kit utilizes immunochromatography and a double-antibody sandwich assay: target antigens in the sample bind to antibodies on the strip, forming visible lines in the test area through capillary action. The positive/negative status of each target pathogen is determined based on the color development at different locations on the strip.
