BTK-16 is a fully automatic nucleic acid extraction and detection integrated machine that integrates nucleic acid extraction, PCR amplification and fluorescence detection to achieve a closed-loop detection process from sample input to result output. This device uses magnetic bead method to extract nucleic acid and supports up to 16 target detections.
