Intended Use
ND6000 (ultra-micro UV-visible spectrophotometer) is a new full-wavelength spectrophotometer with high accuracy and high reproducibility (wavelength range: 190~850nm), which can measure with only 1~2μL of micro sample.
It can be used for nucleic acid concentration and purity detection, and is also suitable for the determination of various protein concentrations. It can also be used for cell and bacterial concentration detection and conventional full-wavelength scanning.
This product can be widely used in molecular laboratories and microbiological laboratories in universities, hospitals, CDCs, epidemic prevention and control centers, forensic systems, and scientific research institutions.
Features
1. Touch screen operation, no need for external computer.
2. Dual detection mode: micro-volume platform + cuvette.
3. 190~850nm continuous wavelength full spectrum analysis.
4. Wide measurement range, (dsDNA) 2~37500ng/μL.
5. Light source analysis accuracy: Use flash xenon lamp for irradiation, linear CCD array and dedicated software for analysis.
