The Nucleic Acid DNA/RNA Aerosol Pollution Removal Instrument is used to remove aerosol DNA/RNA in the laboratory air, and also sterilize the space area where the microbial limit is required, which can directly kill bacteria, fungi, viruses, etc.
1. Hydrogen peroxide produces highly oxidizing free radicals and reactive oxygen species, which destroy the cell membranes, proteins and genetic material of microorganisms, thereby achieving the effect of sterilization and disinfection.
2. Nucleic acid remover, by continuously generating highly reactive hydroxylgroups, it non-selectively destroys the phosphodiester bonds of nucleic acids and degrades DNA/RNA.
As a scientific research and clinical testing site, use PCR is used more frequently in molecular laboratories, and samples and amplification targets often have the same situation in multiple batches.
