Intended Use

Bioteke Multi-Drug Urine Test Overview

The Multi-Drug Urine Test is intended for monitoring multi-drug levels in the urine of drug users.

The test provides only preliminary results; a more specific analytical method (preferably GC/MS or LC/MS) must be used for confirmation.

Test Principle

This kit employs highly specific antibody-drug conjugates and immunochromatographic technology: the membrane's test region (T) is pre-coated with a drug-protein conjugate, the binding pad contains a colored-microsphere-antibody conjugate, and a red control line always appears in the control region (C) to confirm adequate sample volume and proper flow.

Sample Requirements

Urine Assay: Urine samples can be collected in a clean and dry container, and urine can be tested within a day.

Sample Storage: Urine samples may be stored at 2-8℃ for up to 48 hours prior to testing. For prolonged storage, samples may be frozen and stored below -20℃. Frozen samples should be thawed and mixed well before testing.

Store as packaged in the sealed pouch at 2-30℃ up to the expiration date.
Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
DO NOT FREEZE.
Test cards should be used within 1 hour after opening the foil pouch.
Use within the validity period.
