[TEST PROCESS]
1). After defecation, remove the stool collection tube.
2). Take out the sampling rod, take samples from 3 different parts of the feces.
3). Insert the sampling rod back into the tube. Screw on the cap and shake the tube 10 times.
4). Take out the test card and lay the card flat.
5). Fracture the purple tip portion and drop 3 drops of the treated sample into the spiking hole of the test card.
6). Read the test results wihtin 15-20 minutes.
[RESULTS INTERPRETATION]
[Positive]
Group A Rotavirus positive: Two red bands appear in the ROV/ADV window,one red band in the(C) area and one red band in the (ROV) area.
Adenovirus positive: Two red bands appear in the ROV/ADV window,one red band in the(C) region and one red band in the (ADV) area.
Norovirus Gl positive: Two red bands appear in the NOV GI/NOV Gll window,one red band in the(C) area and one red band in the (NOV GI) area.
Norovirus Gll positive: Two red bands appear in the NOV GI/NOV Gll window,one red band in the(C) area and one red band in the (NOV GII) area.
[Negative]
In the window corresponding to ROV/ADV and NOV GI/NOV Gll detection,two red bands appeared in area (C), and no visible red or pink bands appeared in area(T) (ROV/ADV/NOV GI/NOV GII).
[Invalid]
If no stripes appear in area(C), the test is invalid. Insufficient specimen volume or improper program technique is the most likely cause of control line failure. Recheck the program and repeat the test with a new cartridge. If the problem persists, stop using the test immediately and contact your local distributor.
