A. Principle
Do not need the chloroform extraction, complete remove polysaccharides, polyphenols and proteins, DNA selectively adsorbs to silicified membrane in high salt solution.
Polysaccharides, polyphenols, cellular metabolite and proteins etc. are removed by serial of elution- centrifugation steps.
Finally purified DNA from silica membrane is eluted by low salt elution buffer.

C. Storage and Validity

3． Provide a very simple and fast way; single sample can be completed in 1hr.
4． Multi-elution can ensure high-purified DNA. The typical ratio of OD260/OD280 is 1.7～1.9, and the average length is 30kb-50kb. Purified DNA can be applied for PCR，Southern-blot and digestions directly.
