【Intended use】
This product is used for qualitative detection of Marijuana acid with a minimum detectable concentration of 50 ng/ml in human urine, and for initial screening detection of Marijuana acid.
【Test principle】
This kit uses highly specific antibody drug coupling agent reaction and immunochromatographic analysis technology. The reagent contains a specific drug coupling agent pre fixed on the membrane test area (T) and a gold labeled antibody on the polyester membrane. During testing, drop the urine sample directly into the sampling hole of the detection card. If it is negative, the urine does not bind to the gold antibody on the polyester pad, and the gold antibody on the polyester pad binds to a specific drug coupling agent, resulting in a purple red band in the test area. If it is positive, the drugs in the urine will react with the gold antibody first. When the drug content in the urine reaches a certain amount, the gold antibody on the polyester pad will no longer bind to the specific drug coupling agent in the testing area, and there will be no purple red band in the testing area (T). Regardless of whether drugs are present in urine or not, a purple red band will appear in the quality control area (C). The purple red band displayed in the quality control area (C) is a standard for determining whether there is sufficient urine sample and whether the chromatography process is normal, and also serves as an internal control standard for the reagent.

【Storage Conditions and Shelf Life】
The test card and sample extraction tube should be stored at 2℃~30℃, valid for 24 months. Test cards should be used as soon as possible within 1 hour after opening the foil pouch. Please use it within the validity period.

【Interpretation Of The Result】
1. Negative: Both "C" and "T" show purple red lines. The chromaticity of lines at "T" is equal to or deeper than that in the line at “C”, Represents drug concentration in urine below its threshold .
2. Positive: Purple red line presents at 'C', no line at 'T, Indicates that the drug concentration in urine is above its threshold.
3. Invalid: No purple red line presents at 'C', regardless of whether line presents at 'T', the result is invalid and you should retest by with a new test card.
