【Intended Use】

These rapid test kits are used for in vitro diagnosis, auxiliary diagnosis, and qualitative diagnosis of multiple pathogen antigens of COVID-19, influenza A(flu a), influenza B(flu b), respiratory syncytial virus(RSV), and respiratory adenovirus(ADV) in human respiratory tract anterior nasal swab samples.

【Detection Principle】

These kits use immunochromatography and double antibody sandwich method to detect Covid-19, influenza A, influenza B, respiratory syncytial virus, and respiratory adenovirus antigens.

During the test, the treated sample is dripped into the sample well of the test card. When the concentration of the above viral antigens is higher than the minimum detection limit, the antigen will first form a complex with the labeled antibody. 

During the chromatography process, the complex will move forward along the nitrocellulose membrane until it is captured by the monoclonal antibodies such as Covid-19, influenza A, influenza B, respiratory syncytial virus, and respiratory adenovirus pre-coated in the detection area on the nitrocellulose membrane, forming a red or blue reaction line in the detection area. At this time, the test result is Positive. If there is no viral antigen in the test sample or the antigen concentration is lower than the minimum detection limit, the test result is Negative.

Regardless of whether the test sample contains viral antigens, a dark blue or purple reaction line will appear in the quality control area (C), which is the standard for judging whether the chromatography process is normal.
