The Automated Nucleic Acid Extraction System 96 Throughput utilizes magnetic bead separation technology, offering a high degree of automation, rapid extraction, stable results, and easy operation.
This fully automated nucleic acid extraction instrument is used to extract and purify nucleic acids from biological samples. It utilizes a magnetic rod and magnetic rod housing to adsorb, transfer, and release magnetic beads, enabling bead/sample transfer and automated nucleic acid extraction.
This device eliminates the centrifugation and filtration steps required for conventional extraction and purification. Its automated and rapid operation allows for simultaneous extraction of 1-96 samples, including tissues, blood, cells, secretions, bacteria, plants, forensic specimens, and amplification products, achieving high-throughput and automated extraction.
The high-quality nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) extracted by this instrument can be used for highly sensitive downstream analyses such as quantitative PCR, clinical molecular diagnostics, gene expression analysis, genetic analysis, forensic medicine, and infectious disease research. When paired with specialized magnetic bead-based extraction kits, it enables automated purification of protein or peptide fragments, as well as isolation and enrichment of specific bacteria, cells, and various tumor markers.
